If you purchased individual product subscriptions through the app, you will temporarily be unable to purchase the AIME+PRO subscription on the website. Please manage and upgrade your subscription through the app, or contact support at support@ainvest.com. We are working diligently to resolve this issue.
To check your subscriptions, click on the avatar in the top left corner of the homepage to access your profile. Then, navigate to the "Subscription" section, where you can view your subscription status and the products you are subscribed to.
To cancel your subscriptions, follow these steps based on your purchase platform:
iOS users: Go to the App Store to cancel your subscription.
Android users: Go to the Google Play Store to cancel your subscription.
Web users: Hover over the "Premium" button in the top right corner of the Ainvest website to find the "Cancel Subscription" option. You may also check your email for the purchase receipt from Stripe, which will also have options for canceling your subscription.
